Hi, my name is Paul and I am a highly qualified approved driving instructor with a passion for teaching people how to drive. I completed my training with BSM (British School of Motoring) who are the longest serving driving school in the UK with a fantastic record and reputation. After working for them for almost 4 years I decided to go out on my own as an 'independent instructor' and set up 1stime Pass Driving School. I have passed advanced theoretical and practical driving tests as well as having proved my ability to teach other people, and of course I have been DBS checked for your safety. This means that you can be reassured I know what I'm doing.
The car you will be driving is a Mazda 2 fitted with dual controls that is fully insured should anything happen.

I am also Pass Plus registered so when you pass your test we can go exploring further afield by using motorways and gaining experience in various situations.
Areas covered are all of the SE postcodes as well as many of the DA postcodes. I cover Belvedere, Erith, Hither Green and Sidcup Test Centres.

I like to keep the stress to the minimum and the fun to the max focussing on the positives and working on building confidence. My job is not just to teach you the mechanics of driving but to pass on to you the skills for a lifetime of safe driving. My aim is to do that in a relaxed and stress free way and to get you up to test standard as quickly as possible.
As every pupil is different I will structure your lesson to suit you so that you get the most out of each lesson, whether you be a complete beginner or a more experienced driver who would like some refresher lessons.

Why Learn Automatic?
There are a number of reasons why people choose automatic over manual. The main one is speed. As there are no gears changes to worry about many people find it much quicker to reach test standard and to pass their test. And the quicker you pass your test, the less money you'll be spending on driving lessons!
